Bill has been a Chartered Accountant since 1963 and has worked in public accounting since that time. Bill became a partner in Salmon Arm in 1970 and had been affiliated with Collins Barrow until becoming independent in 2000.

JANIS BOSSENBERRY, C.A., C.G.A.

Janis became a Certified General Accountant in 1989 and moved on to become a Chartered Accountant in 1994. She was the recipient of the C.G.A. Canada silver medal, the 4th and 5th year gold medals in Taxation, and was the gold medal winner for the highest academic standing of all B.C., C.G.A. graduates. She has been a partner in the firm, and its predecessor, since 1995 bringing with her more than 20 years experience in public accounting.

WINSTON M. LEE-HAI, C.A., C.F.P

As a partner of Jorgensen Drew Lee-Hai, Winston oversees a significant and varied client base of businesses, organizations and individuals.

Winston strives to be his clients' most respected and trusted advisor by assisting them to develop and facilitate their overall strategies in the most effective manner. Experienced in a diverse range of business, industry and personal situations (with regards to tax planning and compliance, financial planning, accounting, assurance and compliance related services) he particularly enjoys collaborating with clients who value more than the minimum in service to secure their future financial goals and organizational objectives.

Winston joined Jorgensen Drew Lee-Hai as a partner in October 2006 after relocating from Williams Lake, BC, where he was a senior manager for five years and a partner for nine years at PMT Chartered Accountants. Winston qualified for his Certified General Accountant (CGA) designation in 1987, his Chartered Accountant (CA) designation in 1997 and his Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation in 1999.

Winston volunteers many hours to his profession and community affairs. He is currently a member of the BC Institue of CA's Practice Review and Licensing Committee. In the Williams Lake area, he was an active Rotarian and member of the Central Cariboo Search and Rescue Group.
